Her debut album ‘Portrait’ received critical acclaim and extensive playlist support at radio. Having toured with Paloma Faith, Michael Kiwanuka & The Noisettes she headlined her own tours of the UK as well as appearing at a string of festivals including Glastonbury / Latitude and T in The Park. She has also collaborated on albums and live with Travis and Matthew Halsall.

Josephine released her first new album in 10 years 'Kindred' in November 2022. More recently she’s featured on NANCY Live’s techno take of the classic track ‘Ain’t Nobody’ (2024) and LYR ’The Enlightenment’ (2024).

She is currently releasing a series of singles on her ‘Dawn Encore’ label.
